Kumba is a Holistic Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, mother of two, and long-distance runner with over 20 years of running experience. Her lifelong dedication to movement gives her a deep, lived understanding of what the body needs not only during training, but also in recovery, nourishment, and everyday life.

Her wellness journey began from a personal place. Growing up with sickle cell anaemia, she learnt early on how to listen to her body, protect her energy, and care for her health with intention. Fifteen years ago, she entered the fitness world, gradually expanding into holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching so she could support clients far beyond running alone.

Kumba has worked with recreational and professional athletes who want to feel lighter, stronger, and more connected to their bodies. She helps clients navigate hormonal balance, mid-section weight changes, gut health, digestion, emotional eating, and long-term habit building. Her approach is never restrictive or punishing; instead, she focuses on consistency, body awareness, and realistic routines that fit into real people’s lives.

Drawing on her global life experience, her time running through the streets of London, and her rich African heritage, Kumba offers personalised 1:1 coaching, bespoke meal guidance, and lifestyle planning that honour culture, background, and individual needs. Her coaching style is root-cause-focused, gut-supportive, compassionate, and results-driven  ideal for individuals looking to reshape their midsection, restore their energy, balance their hormones, and feel strong from the inside out, without resorting to quick fixes or restrictive diets.
